Robert grew up in Miami, Florida and has lived in Concord, NC since 2007.  He has been married for 26 years and has 3 children, 4 dogs and a cat.  Robert has spent 30 years in the restaurant business.  Starting out as a team member at McDonalds and quickly moving through the ranks to a GM.  He has worked for several QSR brands and held positions from District Manager, Regional Manager, Director of Franchise Operations, Director of Company Operations and VP of Operations.  Robert is a team builder that focuses on maximizing the potential of his team and helping them achieve their personal and professional goals.  In his spare time he enjoys working in the yard with Stacey and hanging out with his kids (young adults) and watching various sports (one daughter plays college softball).
