Karin has lived in Fredericksburg, Virginia for over 30 years and has worked in the legal field for as many years.  She spent her last 20 years as a Senior Litigation Paralegal in Northern Virginia.  Karin is known for her organizational skills, attention to detail and management capabilities.  Karin is married with two sons, two stepsons, and seven grandchildren. She was a volunteer fire fighter and EMT in her younger years in Indian Head, Maryland, a recipient of the Lions Club International President’s Award and is a Melvin Jones Fellow.   In her free time, Karin enjoys camping and the outdoors and is learning kayaking as her husband, a native of Southern Oregon, is a white-water rafter.
