Debra is originally from Panama City, Florida having moved to the Northern Virginia area in 2009.  At PSP, she is our Director of Administration, overseeing of the back-office accounting, payroll and benefits coordination.  She has over 20 years of accounting and management experience.

In her spare time, she enjoys reading a good book, the beach, family time and spoiling her 5 grandchildren.
